Camera & Visual Feedback

  • Improved swinging and bounce animations; 
  • Camera now subtly reacts when bouncing off parasols or looking around.,
  • Character bounce animations updated for clarity and feel.,

NPCs & Dialogue

  • Fixed bugs related to NPC dialogue flow and compass tracking.,
  • Adjusted NPC positions and blocking volumes for better level flow and edge-of-world prevention.,
  • Added new animations for Stella, including a stressed animation.,
  • Dialogue box colour updated
  • Compass is now introduced during NPC interactions.,
  • Fixed issues with dialogue pivoting and re-entrance bugs.,

Environment & Level Design

  • Added new environment elements: fireflies, water shader and textures, large pipes.,
  • Adjusted foliage pivots, 
  • Removed certain buildings.,
  • Finalised textures for robot NPCs
  • Added moving balloons for atmosphere.,
  • Swing poles repositioned to match updated movement metrics.,

Gameplay & UI

  • Removed input requirement for swing poles to avoid bugs.,
  • Timer system overhauled: now stores time more accurately and saves/loads properly.,
  • Retry menu and timer reset fixed for seek phase.,
  • Objective update text and compass UI improved.,
  • Compass system fully restored and refined to work in Hide and Seek mode.,

Optimization & Polish

  • Slight performance improvements to crowd NPCs.,
  • Bug fix for Stella’s premature animation state.,
  • Soft lock collision areas reviewed and adjusted.,
  • Hide UI system partially fixed (in progress).,
  • Miscellaneous material and asset fixes (soda cans).
