Couldn't see any of the other zones in Hoikei's level?
Dash is quite nice, though the audio feedback alone isn't really enough to make the connection to the dash being recharged. Seems like the dash doesn't recharge if you're walking on the ground? Seemed to work as long as I jumped.
Not sure about the camera in the dash level. It's actually quite nice, I like the slight added tilt, and the fact the lag doesn't keep up with the dash actually creates that "Sonic the Hedgehog" style sense of movement.
If you do keep the off-centre positioning you'll need to consider how you copy with turning - do you restrict level design to "strictly left-to-right" or do you create a dynamic camera that'll reposition when you turn?
