A very relaxing game with wonderful graphics that lets the player roam as a bee while they are collecting pollen to bring to the bee hive.
When I started the game, I was not sure what my goal was or whether there was one. The hives were very far away, so I assumed it to just be a bee simulator. It took me a while to figure out that I had to fly down to the flowers to gather the pollen and then bring those to the bee hive. I also did not know that you could speed up with the Y button on the controller and there was no feedback for speeding up.
I found out after a while that the dominant strategy is to just submere yourself into the grass and fly to the flowers. Before, I flew down to each flower individually and...errrr...that didn´t feel good, partially also due to the annoying camera system that only allows you to look into the way you are flying. Could you control the direction you look into with the right joystick, that would have been great!
All in all, a nice student project that I enjoyed playing for a good 15 minutes. Good job!
This game really makes you feel like a bee. Feels like flying a plane, wish I could sting people. Also my computer reaches 80 degrees Celsius :)
Beautiful game but whenever I fly into the hive I get stuck with a white screen :D
A new version (0.2 or v2) is out and has fixed the issue you described. Thanks for playing and for your feedback :D
Simple Casual Gameplay. Grass kills fps. Gameplay should be sped up by decreasing the amount of pollen and increasing speed of bee. Could use a little tutorial to get started.
Crashes on my laptop. Here is the output..

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the comment (and the log messages)! We will try to fix this ASAP.
The crash that I ran into has indeed been fixed.
Looks very nice. Music too. Definitely seems to require a more powerful computer than my laptop though. Wasn't able to try any gameplay.
Looking more than about 180° to the left or right all the geometry started to look really strange (and this was not reversible by looking back). Is this because of my hardware? My laptop's GPU only has 2GB of memory.
Images have been resized for uploading.
This has been fixed too with the 1.0 release. Completed the game now as well, though mostly it's an impressive tech demo.
Not sure if this is only on my machine, but the depth of field focus didn't seem to be changeable at all, which meant that flying a bit higher up to get an overview of the level after completing it wasn't really possible.
