ABOUT THE GAME
In Canine 49, you play as Luther - a 20-year old mechanic - who lives happily together with his dog Scrappy. That is until one day Scrappy breaks down. Now it is up to Luther to find the parts to fix poor ol' Scrappy and continue their happy life together.
- Interact with the world with left mouse button
- Rotate pieces by using middle mouse button
- Pause by pressing P
ABOUT THE DEVELOPERS
Located in Breda, the Netherlands, Team 9 is a group of 13 second year students at NHTV's Creative Media and Game Technologies. Team 9 is composed of a variety of disciplines including general Game Design, Programming, Visual Art and Audio Engineering. Starting from a 2-page concept, the team has been assembled to develop Canine49 into a full game. This project was developed from April 2018 until June 2018 as part of the team's curriculum.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
This prompt was sent through the Rainbow Connection - a wish granting organization located in Michigan. The original author of the concept is Nathan Stewart, an 18-year-old who was brought in to contact with the NHTV through the Rainbow Connection.
